The delicate pressing of selected grapes provides the extraction of it’s better characteristics , ensuring an honest expression of grape varietal and terroir in the wine. Fermentation lasted 3 weeks at 15ºC. It was left on the lees for 10 months post fermentation, adding to the depth of flavour.
A wine with very elegant aromas, where different notes of fresh fruit, algae and minerality combine. Evolving, the wine persists vibrant on the palate with an everlasting salty finish.
