After being carefully selected, the grapes from the different varieties are vinified separately. They ferment at a controlled temperature of 22ºC in contact with the grape skins for better extraction of color and aromas. It was partially aged in used French oak barrels and the batch was only made at the end of the aging process.
Light ruby color. The aroma is dominated by wild berries, fresh strawberries and tomato leaves, complexed with a slight vanilla flavor from the barrels and volcanic notes. It tastes very elegant, with soft tannins and medium body. The finish is very pleasant, persistent and salty.
