Fermentation in small barrels with maceration for 10 days in order to extact color and aromas smoothly. Aged during 14 months in french oak barrels (70%) and portuguese oak barrels (30%).
Ruby color, aroma with cassis fruits, ripe peppers, menthol and fennel, volcanic notes and white chocolate and slightly toasted from the barrels where it aged. Elegant mouth with good acidity and very smooth tannins. Long and salty finish.
