Terrantez do Pico
The base for this sparkling wine was made exclusively with Terrantez do Pico and the fermentation was in stainless steel tank. The second fermentation was in the bottle by the classic méthod at 14˚C. Dégorgement in december 2019.
Fine and persistent bubble. The seaweed and iodine notes mistake with some panification, result of the aging with the yeasts for 3 years in the bottle. The mouth is very elegant. The end is refreshingly salty.
